June 21, 2017 – Los Angeles, CA – L.A. Wolves FC has just one win in its last three fixtures but still faces a chance to grab a home playoff match with a victory.

With just two game dates remaining before the start of the postseason, L.A. Wolves FC plays L.A. Galaxy PSC OC at Lake Forest Sports Complex (28000 Rancho Pkwy, Lake Forest, CA 92630), at 8 p.m. on Saturday, June 23, 2018.

Admission is free for this event.

L.A. Wolves FC Head Coach Felipe Bernal said, “We’re coming down to the last two games and everything that we’ve worked for this season is on the line. This is an important moment for the team for this season. If we win we’re in the playoffs and we get a home game. If we lose it’s going to be very hard the next week, and even if we get in (to the playoffs) we’ll go up against tough teams in tough conditions, so it’s important that the players show well and step up on Saturday night.”

L.A. Wolves FC, coached by Felipe Bernal, lost 2-1 to California United FC 2 in its most recent UPSL Pro Premier Western Conference match on Saturday, June 16.

Currently tied for third in the United Premier Soccer League Pro Premier Western Conference, L.A. Wolves FC (7-3-1 overall, 22 points) has won just two games in five league matches since the start of May, and earned its last three points with a 4-2 victory over Newcastle United FC on June 9.

L.A. Galaxy PSC OC (7-1-2 overall, 22 points) has scored 40 times this season, and leads L.A. Wolves FC on goal-differential (28-19) with a game in hand.
